 Symbolic Interpretation of the Bible : Sundays at 10:45 am following the service. Rev. Larry facilitates this dynamic interactive class.   The class format includes discussion, DVD’s, Veggie Tales, skits, outings, and much more.  Students will have the opportunity to explore Bible history (who wrote what and why), symbolic language in the Bible (allegory and myth), and how to find our life story in the Bible.

    Prosperity Ministry Circulation and Giving Project:  During 2012 the Prosperity Ministry will be focusing on Giving and Circulation both within our Unity Community and in the greater Carson City Area Community. During February the ministry will be collecting items and accepting monetary donations for the Carson CityAnimal Shelter.  Items that are needed at the shelter are; towels, sheets, bedspreads, blankets, animal food, animal treats and toys.

Annual Meeting: Sunday March 4^th after the 9:30am service. Join us for our Annual Meeting.. All are welcome. Members are encouraged to attend. Annual Reports will be presented and new Board members for 2012 will be elected at the meeting

YOU  Movie and Pizza Night: Sunday Evening March 4^th at  6:00pm at Denise Frueh’s home in Gardnerville. All teens ages 14-18 are invited. Contact Denise for more information

  Unity Men’s Retreat at Lake Tahoe: May18-20, 2012. Save the dates. Fee is $125 before April 20th and $150 after. For registration forms and details contact the Unity Office.

Financial Peace University: Unity is hosting our third Financial Peace University starting Thursday, February 2 at 6:30PM.  This is a scripture-based 13 week course in personal finance. The course provides you with the information and motivation you need to beat debt and find financial security. If this is a resolution you or a friend or loved one want some help with, then contact Lynn Purvis at 881-8763 and get signed up.
