All who would like to participate in an open, confidential discussion about a variety of end-of-life topics are invited to attend this event, which promises to provide interesting insights into death and dying. This will be our third event, also referred to as a Death Café. Feedback from both previous events was very positive. Our goal is to help us become more comfortable with death in America.
Moderated by Paula Schneider and Laurie Jain, local registered nurses with 15 combined years of hospice experience and a passion for end-of-life topics, our morning together will be led by participants who wish to explore and share life experiences around death and dying. Please join us Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 10 am to 12 noon for discussion and snacks. There is no fee. Sponsored by Unity of the Sierra. To RSVP (recommended), call Unity at 841-2221 or email Paula at firstname.lastname@example.org. We meet at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church rectory (small house with bay window) at the corner of Division and Proctor. Please come and bring a friend!
