We are at the end, for many of us, of a tumultuous year. Each of us personally, and as a country, bore witness to the godly – and not so godly – playing out of consciousness. Consciousness is demonstrated through desires and beliefs held in mind; sometimes consciously, but more often in the subconscious mind. This gives us the wonderful opportunity to look at our shadow side and notice what it is within us that has been begging to be recognized.
Now we have the blessed duty of taking stock and letting go of everything we do not wish to take with us into the New Year. “Thoughts held in mind produce after their kind.” In other words, whatever you’re holding in mind, whether you’re looking at it or not, will persist and multiply if you do not do the work that needs to be done by you to release and let go. Start with willingness to be guided to a healing place within . . .
In consciousness, we say “Yes!” to many things that may be judged as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ by you. We do this just by holding on to a thought or feeling. These may be lies that we tell ourselves, anyone who has ever hurt you, gossip, resentment, resistance, suffering, stubbornness, anger, disease, stress, obstacles, patterns, poverty, sadness, broken agreements or promises, possessiveness, codependency, etc. Are you holding onto any negative thoughts or feelings that you now realize are no longer serving you?
Are you ready to “Let Go, and Let God”?! Are you ready to let the fire of the Burning Bowl assist you in purifying your consciousness? If so, take the next step by joining us this Sunday for an important Ritual. You are invited to pray, meditate, and allow a healing to wash over you as fire burns the impurities marring your soul. Discover yourself in absolute perfection. See yourself as I see you, as the Master sees you, as Source knows you to Be.
